Each feature has a daily cap and, for some, a weekly cap — for example 5 Discover searches a day and 10 a week. Whichever you reach first pauses that feature until it resets (daily limits reset at midnight, weekly on Monday, Melbourne time). You choose how to spread your usage across the week.
The Professional plan — with much higher daily limits, the Suburb Finder AI chat, all map layers and planning context — is coming soon. Early users who sign up now will receive Founder's pricing — permanently locked-in rates.
Each time you run a new property search (set preferences and click Search) counts as one. Refining or re-opening an existing search does not count.
