What do I get for free?
The free plan is yours to keep — no credit card, no expiry. You get a set number of Property Finder searches, comparisons, property analyses and suburb insights each day, plus a weekly allowance, so there's always something to come back to tomorrow. Unlimited favourites and shortlisting are included.
How do the daily and weekly limits work?
Each feature has a daily cap and, for some, a weekly cap — for example 3 Property Finder searches a day and 10 a week. Whichever you reach first pauses that feature until it resets (daily limits reset at midnight, weekly on Monday, Melbourne time). You choose how to spread your usage across the week.
When are paid plans launching?
The Professional plan — with much higher daily limits, the Suburb Finder AI chat, all map layers, unlimited planning around the lot and the property score — is coming soon. Early users who sign up now will receive Founder's pricing — permanently locked-in rates.
What counts as a "Property Finder search"?
Each time you run a new property search (set preferences and click Search) counts as one. Refining or re-opening an existing search does not count.
Do my limits ever reset?
Yes — automatically. Daily allowances reset every night and weekly allowances every Monday, so you never have to wait long or ask for more.
