Property calculators

The sums you will do repeatedly while you are buying — what the state charges at settlement, what a loan costs each month, what a lender will approve. Every one shows the rates it used and where they came from.

Numbers are only half of it

A calculator tells you what a property costs. It cannot tell you what you are buying — how big the block really is, what runs underneath it, or what the planning scheme lets you do with it. Those come from the state property map, and they are free to check.

Estimates only. These calculators apply published rates to the figures you enter and are not financial, legal or taxation advice. Confirm anything that decides a purchase with the relevant authority, a lender, or your conveyancer.
